Notable Figures in the Northern Alliance

King Edric Shadowbane
Leader of the Northern Alliance and devout follower of the Father.
Haryn Thanys, Southern General
ex-Qadac Republic General, Leader of the Legio Canis.
Count Reglan, Chancellor of Elland, House Tarren
Almost all official documents which come from the King of Elland originate in the Chancellor of Elland's offices. A devout and loyal member of the king's inner circle who is rarely seen outside the palace in Ironmark.
Lord Harper & Lady Tasmin, Counts of Caerlyn, Lord and Lady of Gateway
The oldest living nobles from the time of King Marcus, they have been appointed the head of the Council of Lords which sits outside the Vale in the town of Gateway during expeditions. After the unfortunate demise of Lord Antonius Fenix at the eighth expedition, the stewardship of their county is in the balance, until King Edric makes judgement.
Her Grace, Elsbeth, Duke of Tarren
One of the three dukes of the Kingdom of Elland, with the current rights to lead the expeditions to the Vale.
Ser Kaylen, Lion Guard, Lord of House Orrin
One of a handful of the kings own knights, she is the head of The Lion Guard, the Knight General of the armies of the Northern Alliance, and the military leader of the expedition. Her role in expeditions include the personal safety of Her Grace Elsbeth. The Knight General is an Warranted Enforcer of the Provost Marshall, and can carry out punishments.
Guillaume Ruffell, Master of The Guilds
Too each expedition The Guilds send one representative that knows more about crafting in the Vale than any other guilds member that lives today. The master of the War Smith's Guild, and a keen musician.
Girvin Loudain, Dean of the Academy of Magic
Hailing from the Northlands and clan Cargil, his rise to power and grasp of magic puts shame to many other mages in the lands. Fully licenses by The Theocracy to practise magic; he is the master of the mages guild.
Hugo, Lion Guard, Lord of House Orrin
Recently appointed head of The Lion Guard's bonded courier service, succeeding his brother in the role.
Sir Nathaniel, Lord of House Orrin
One of a handful of the kings own knights, he retired his position in The Lion Guard to become a magistrate in king Edric's court. He is to join the Vale expeditions and support Her Grace however she wishes, and as a magistrate that can pass the rule of law in the camp.
Sir Kayden, Chosen of the Father
Former head of The Lion Guard, Knight General of King Marcus' armies, now the most beloved Chosen of the Father. He speaks with the authority of one who knows the Father's wish in all things.
Lyecer, Steward of House Tarren
A fully qualified spirit mage in the eyes of The Theocracy, his loyalty to House Tarren is second only to his loyalty to the Kingdom of Elland.
Bryce Witherspoon, Head of Divine Naturalism for the Academy of Magic
Lead ritualist for the Awa Tem research group, his work on Principia Diva shot him to the forefront of most likely candidates to be picked up by the Dean as an apprentice.
Andrastea Vera
The first elf to be granted the right to become a full guild member as a reward for her work in the Vale.
