Important Information

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OVER. Unfortunately we do not allow children on site during events. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to provide ID proving your age on arrival.

Ticket numbers in each camp are controlled so that the balance between the camps is maintained. This means that as tickets are booked the number available for the other camp will rise. If you wish to play as part of a group you should all arrange to book together, to ensure tickets for your chosen camp do not sell out before all members of the group have booked.

Ticket prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Our VAT registration number is 183 7611 90.

Concessions & Discounts

Students and uneployed are entitled to a discount off the usual ticket prices for each event. Please choose the "concessions" option when booking your ticket. Anyone booking a concessions ticket will be asked to provide proof of eligibility on arrival. If valid proof is not provided, you will be asked to pay the additional ticket price on the gate.

Additionally, discounts are available for booking tickets to multiple events, as follows:

Site Information

All our events are held at at Huntley Wood in Staffordshire - further information, including maps and directions, are available on their website at huntleywood.co.uk.

Accommodation will be camping in character in either the Duke's Camp or the Khan's Camp, or out of character in the OOC camping field. The site has flushing toilets and hot showers. While the events are not catered, food and drink will be available from vendors on site. Details of this will be available nearer the time, keep an eye on the forums for more information.

In character camping and cooking is strongly encouraged. If you intend to camp IC, please email with details of the number and size of tents your group will be bringing, so that we can ensure there is adequate space for you in your chosen camp.

Ticket Transfers & Refunds Policy

Tickets can not be transferred from one camp to another. When you buy a ticket, you buy one for one camp or the other and for that event you must play a character in that camp. If your character dies you will have to play another character in the same camp for that event. You may play in the other camp (by playing a different character) at different events, but not during a single event.

All tickets are transferable from one player to another provided written notice of the change of player name is given by the date of the end of the Standard Cost booking time for the event in question, and will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Ticket transfers between players later than this may not be possible, depending on the circumstances, and are at the discretion of the Game Organisers.

Tickets for individual events may only be transferred to a different event before the end of the Standard Cost booking time for the event for which the ticket was originally booked, and there will be a £10 administration fee made for the transfer.

Refunds of tickets requested before the end of the Standard Cost booking time for that event will be made at 100% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee. Refunds of tickets requested after the price increase will be made at 50% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee.

No refunds will be made on tickets after the event has started.
